Timeframe for Changes or Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, making changes no longer possible. We will issue a full refund within 7 days after your cancellation request is approved.
How to Submit a Request
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Be sure to include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the changes or reason for cancellation
We recommend using a subject line such as “Order Change Request” or “Cancel My Order” for quicker handling.
Note: Requests outside the 12-hour window cannot be processed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to:
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect ZIP codes
- Misspelled street names or apartment numbers
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will notify you and offer reshipment for an additional shipping fee
What Can Be Changed
Within the 12-hour window, you may request to:
- Change the shipping address
- Modify the product variant (size, color, design)
- Update contact information associated with the order
- Cancel the order entirely for a full refund
